Dating involves taking the time to have an intimate relationship with someone you respect and enjoy being around. The stress and anxiety that are often inflicted on an individual trying to have a successful, romantic relationship could be unbearable. However, there is not just one option when it comes to trying to have a relationship. Technology has become a major aid in dating and is preferred over traditional dating by many individuals. There are many different ways to decipher which dating method is best.  
One requirement for both online and traditional dating is time. Society has become fast paced and often it leaves little to no time for dating, especially for those who have jobs or children. One reason online dating is often preferred is because it is a faster way for individuals to communicate with each other. What really astonishes society today is the fact that relationships can begin from the comfort of one’s home. The fact that there is an option to find a single with a good personality makes online dating that much more convenient than the traditional style.
Another consideration when deciding between online and traditional dating is money. Traditional dating is much more expensive than online dating because a majority of dates include going either to the movies or out to dinner. The only money spent on online dating is if the website requires a fee to join. This makes online dating more favorable.
