The subject Management in the 21st Century, It is divided into 12 modules with different themes. I think of each topic I learned something new and the way I see how is structured a business organization and how apply methods for different circumstances and for the purpose of growing a business, it is very interesting.
Something that is very important in a company is the workplace, how operate the employees and relate to one another. I think the motivation is something that often do not give adequate weight but the truth is that greatly influences knowing how and why the employees behave in different ways. Before taking this course I did not think that a theme as the motivation would be so relevant, I agree that there are themes even more important but somehow already knew them, regardless of the motivation.
Another topic that caught my attention is the Effective team management. Today teamwork is very useful tool for businesses especially for the creation of new products and innovative ideas. In any company, you work need to relate to a person or to belong to a team achieving the goals of the company.

There are four themes that might affect my own management style and they are leadership, control and change, effective teamwork and motivation.
To lead a team of work, you should be a leader by your charisma, your commitment and responsibility to the company or for other qualities. For having an order in a group of people, you need to take control of tasks and pending activities that you are performing. As a manager, you have some inconvenience as some internal conflict, declining sales, etcetera. You need to make a change, but you can not do it if you have a prior control of your dependents.
